This book provides a selection of exercises presented in three programs that will help you progressively increase your control over your seat, maximize your performance and minimize your risk of injury.

Each work out is about 15 minutes tops, including warm-up and stretching. Any of these exercise program can easily be performed anywhere as you do not require any equipment, just this book. Even if you are on the road a lot, nothing stop you to easily maintain you fitness.

Once you know your routine well, you can do it while watching TV or listening to music. For your convenience, we included a thumbnail-picture poster of the intermediate and advance programs.
